The setup, one step at a time
Look in the Roku Channel Store
From Home, open Streaming Channels or the search box and hunt for IPTV Smarters Player or IPTV Player. Add it if it turns up, but do not count on it: what the store carries shifts by region and changes with no notice at all.
Sign in with Xtream Codes
Launch the channel, take the Xtream Codes option, and put in your username, password and server address the same way you would on any other player.
Or cast from a phone or laptop
Switch on Screen mirroring under Roku Settings, System. Android calls it Cast or Smart View, and on Windows the shortcut is Win+K. Whatever plays on that device appears on the Roku, at the cost of tying the device up for as long as it runs.
The tidier fix: a Firestick
In all honesty, when a television leans on IPTV every day, a Fire TV Stick at $30 to $50 wipes out every one of these snags in one go. Push it into a free HDMI socket and leave the Roku to the apps it does handle well.

Roku weeds these listings out from time to time, which is why no single one can be promised for the day you go looking. Should yours disappear, the subscription is untouched: fall back to casting, or move that set onto a stick.
