The setup, one step at a time
Open the Samsung App Store
Press Home, open Apps, and use the search icon in the upper corner of that screen.
Install IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV
IPTV Smarters is free. Smart IPTV asks a small one-off fee per television but runs lighter, which shows on older sets. Install whichever fits and open it.
Add your GaroxTv playlist
In Smarters, pick Login with Xtream Codes and key in the three values. Smart IPTV goes about it differently: note the MAC address it shows, then open siptv.app/mylist on a phone or laptop and send your M3U link to that MAC.
Restart the app
Close it fully and reopen, and the channel list and guide load. The channel-list button on the remote is the quickest way through the groups once you are in.
When something will not play
The app is not in the store in my country
Samsung stocks a different catalogue by region. Either switch the region under Settings, or use IPTV Smarters, which is carried in nearly every market. Support can name a working alternative if neither helps.
Smart IPTV shows "playlist expired"
That warning is about the app, not the subscription. Reinstalling it or factory-resetting the set wipes the stored list, so upload the M3U again at siptv.app/mylist against the same MAC address.

Can I use IPTV on a Samsung TV without a Firestick?
Yes. Any Samsung from 2016 on runs IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV from the built-in store, so the television is the only device in play. A stick is worth adding only for older sets, or when you specifically want TiViMate, which Samsung does not stock.
Is Smart IPTV free on Samsung?
It runs free for seven days, then asks a small one-time activation for that television. IPTV Smarters carries no such charge. Either way the app is just a shell and still needs a subscription behind it before anything shows.
