The setup, one step at a time
Install Smart IPTV on the TV
In the Samsung or LG store, search Smart IPTV and add it. Open it the once and jot down the MAC address on screen, because you will want it in a moment from a different device and it is a nuisance to come back for.
Register your playlist
From a phone or laptop, go to siptv.app/mylist. Put in that MAC address to the character, drop your M3U link into the URL box, leave Keep online ticked, and press Send.
Reopen the app
Shut Smart IPTV down on the set and start it fresh. It reads the list you just registered and brings in the channels and the EPG.
Pay the one-off activation later
The first seven days are free, after which it asks a small one-time fee to activate that particular television at siptv.app/activation. That charge is the app developer's, wholly separate from your GaroxTv plan, and we neither collect it nor deal with it.
When something will not play
The list uploads but the TV shows nothing
Give it a minute and reopen before deciding it has failed. Then confirm the MAC went in digit for digit, colons and all, since one stray character files the list under a television that does not exist. Remember too that it holds a single playlist at a time.

Two different apps, two different developers, the same job done in almost the same way, and names close enough to cause no end of mix-ups. Smart IPTV wants the MAC upload described here; SSIPTV will take a link directly on the set. Both are fine with us, so go with whichever one your TV store happens to stock.
